Dear Registered Patient,
Please note the practice’s Extended Hours provision will end by 24th Sep 22 (we used to do on Saturdays).
As per NHS England / SEL CCG new guidelines, from 4th Oct 22 the service will be available to patients on Tuesdays between 18:30-20:00 for all clinical needs at All Saints Medical Centre.
Also, another service called Extended Access will be available for all clinical needs at Plumstead Health Centre, Tewson Road, London SE18 1BH between 09:00-16:00 from 1 Oct 2022 every Saturday.
